‘Upper Blinkwater Ravine’ project group

This project was initiated by Camps Bay residents and is concerned with the preservation of the Upper Blinkwater Ravine Watercourse. The group aims at the removal of aliens and restoration of valley to its natural state, removal of rubbish and litter alongside the river bed and making the valley safe by minimizing vagrants. Minutes of meetings and other valuable information will be posted in this group.

15 Campsbay Residents met on Sunday May 23 for a Community clean-up of the Upper Blinkwater Ravine. Ages ranged from 2 (Max) to 78 years old, and included Laurence (13) and Anna (11) Midgley and a member of the local Scout troop (thanks Connor Thompson (15))
